A maximum of 4 people can attend a rental viewing appointment. We recommend that only decision-makers and individuals who plan to be on the lease attend the viewing. If possible, we recommend leaving small children at home.

Please wait at the corner of the building at the intersection of Young Road and Princess Avenue in Chilliwack. A representative will meet you there 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Empress Apartments is located on the corner of Young Road and Princess Avenue in Chilliwack, next to the District 1881 development. It’s accessible by car and less than 5 minutes’ walk from BC Transit’s Downtown Exchange B (Route 66) in Chilliwack.

Where can I park?

There’s lots of parking nearby, including street parking and large gravel city lots around 46165 Yale Road.

• Appoint a representative to attend the viewing on your behalf. If you appoint a representative, you must email us the representative’s full legal name before they attend the viewing for you.

Each viewing appointment is set for a maximum of 30 minutes. During the appointment, we’ll give you a tour of the show suite and tell you more about the common area amenities and suite availability.

Our team actively monitors the provincial and federal health orders, and works to fully comply with all recommendations and rules put in place. The following COVID-19 procedures, though current, are subject to change:

• 5 minutes before your appointment, we’ll meet you at the designated meeting point
• We’ll complete a COVID-19 health questionnaire at the meeting point before the appointment
• Everyone is expected to sanitize their hands before the viewing
• Everyone is expected to wear masks during the viewing. We can provide masks if you don’t have one
• Viewers may not touch any surfaces (including doors and cupboards) during the viewing. Please ask the representative to open and close doors, cupboards, and closets for you if you want to see inside
• After each viewing, high-touch surfaces (handles, doors, etc.) will be disinfected before the next viewing

Suites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred suite, we recommend that you submit an application, select your suite, provide the required deposits, and complete your tenancy agreement as soon as possible.

*Security and pet deposits are half-month’s rent each.

Empress Apartments is a pet-friendly building that includes a dog shower. Pets are allowed upon approval.
